The Knot Inc. seeks a smart and enthusiastic team player to assist the Accounting and Finance department on a part-time basis. Under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for a number of tasks including, but not limited to, the following:
- Assist in retrieving support documentation for account analysis and audit inquiry.
- Assist in research of various expense and account analysis.
- Journal entry input.
- Mailing of accounts payable checks and related invoice filing.
- Distribution of incoming mail for the department.
- Scanning, archiving and filing of vendor invoices and other documents.
- Assist in various other accounting functions.
Qualifications:
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Flexible with job assignment.
- Available to work 20 hours a week
- Outstanding organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient with Excel and Word.
